Synapp is free. There are no interrupting banners, no forced video ads to keep playing and no unnecessary data collection. So the question “how will Synapp make money?” comes up early — from users, partners and investors.

Builden hasn't shared the full answer yet. But the principles the team has set, and what it builds every day, already hint at the direction.

What is certain: no trading away the experience

Most free apps live on ads, and users pay with their time and attention. Synapp chose a different path from day one: its revenue is meant to come from added value, never from interrupting people. What is free today — the brain games, everyday tools and community — will remain the complete core experience.

The groundwork being laid

Games, tools, live chat and profile in one Synapp account

One account across every game and tool with synced progress on web, iOS, Android, iPad and desktop; a community with a feed, live chat, friends and real-time 1v1; AI-assisted tools people return to again and again; and a mini-app architecture that lets Synapp grow toward 100+ games and tools without getting heavier. Each piece could support different directions once Synapp reaches scale.

Possible directions

A few options are entirely open to a product like Synapp without trading away its clean experience. A membership: the free tier stays complete, while people who want more — heavier use of AI tools, extra content or themes — could pay a small monthly or yearly fee, as many ad-free apps do. Brain-sport events: real-time 1v1, private rooms and multi-game Mix matches could host tournaments for communities, schools or companies, with sponsors. Subtle brand partnerships: not banners, but perhaps a themed word challenge or quiz backed by a brand, with useful rewards for players. Opening to developers: in the long run, the mini-app architecture could let outside developers publish games and tools under shared design and privacy standards.

These are possibilities, not settled plans. Which to try first, and when, will be decided by real user behaviour — the same way Builden worked on WordFight.

The priority today: users

Right now Synapp's key measure isn't revenue but how many people find value and come back each day. Builden is focused on growing the catalogue and community toward 200,000 monthly active users in 2027. The business model will be announced when it's ready — and it won't break the original promise of a clean, light digital space that respects its users. Partners and investors: khoa@builden.com.vn.
