Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Synapp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Synapp is a platform integrating social networking, games, and utility tools for Vietnamese users. The service includes entertainment games, utility tools, and social connection and content-sharing features.

3. User accounts

To use certain features, you need to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. User conduct

Synapp has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content, and report or block users, inside the app; we review reports, remove violating content and suspend violating accounts.

When using Synapp, you agree not to:

• Post content that violates the law or is offensive, hateful, violent, or explicit.
• Harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Cheat in games or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Use bots, automation, or tools to manipulate the service.
• Infringe on the intellectual property of others.

5. Intellectual property

Synapp and all its content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the service. Content you create remains yours, and you grant us the right to display it within the service.

6. Third-party services

Synapp may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Vietnamese courts.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or via email. Continued use of the service after the terms are updated means you accept the new terms.
